Black Friday

Aiyana : "Gotta love black Friday."
Me: "Why's it gotta be BLACK?"
Aiyana: "Cuz the prices are a steal!"

To Barcode Tattoos:

I hate you.

Masters of Disguise?

Soo lets talk about this title thang. I like Masters of Disguise, but it reminds me of that weird movie every time I read or say it. I'd be chill if that's what we stick with, but I thought we could do more brainstorming. One thing I was thinking is "Voice of the Lobster" (Its my favorite poem, written by Lewis Carroll in Alices Adventures in Wonderland).

Also I really like lobsters.
This one's combing his hair! Actually, sugaring it. Read the poem, it's all in there.

I'll keep brainstorming, but let me know what you guys are thinking!
Signed, The Voice of this Lobster

I'll be more awesome some other time.

Over and out.

Miller at Mills

ALAS. I feel so accomplished doing this blog. Here's an update that I think you will all enjoy.

My mom got a new job. She's an administrative consultant at Mills College. And recently I've started an independent research project on the musician and inventor John Cage. The only books on John Cage that I could find were on the online Mills Catalog. So this past Saturday, my mom took me to the Mills library. It was the craziest thing I've ever seen. The shelves went all the way up to the ceiling and there were countless rows of them FILLED WITH BOOKS. I was getting dizzy. But anyway, I found a ton of info on Cage. You should check him out. He's a strange dude.

Needless to say, the visit was reminiscent of old Tech Trek times. I saw the field where we went stargazing that one night before the fog rolled in. I saw the science building where there was a little boy that everyone was stalking. I saw the grass area where we played our first teamwork game (the one with the blankets, remember?). I saw the gift shop. Mills rocks.

I would never go to Mills, but the memories from that place will never cease to make me smile.

Ahoy!

Welcome to this bliggity-blog, m'ladies! I can't wait to spend lots and lots of time on it. This post is going to look strange to anyone who isn't us, but I'm ok with that.
So we still need to decide on a design for the page, concrete this title, and organize the whole thing in general. I'm not really sure what else to say... But I'm so juiced I just want to keep typing! Ok bye.
